First Favorie Singer
My first favorite singer was Selena. I come from a big mexican family and that was just one of the main singers that my family listened to. My sister and I always listened to Selena day and night. I was about 7 years old when I started listening to her, and then the movie came out and I became obessed not only with the songs but with the movie. The most important thing about Selena to me was that I felt really close to my hertiage and the culture that I come from. Mostly it brought me and my sister close together because we had something in common, which was rare for us.
